All exterior restorations or repairs must align with the original house specifications and the Covenant Declaration. If your planned changes differ from the original design, you must get pre-approval from the Architectural Committee. Submit requests via ARC Tracker. Still not sure? On the first Tuesday night in August, TCHOA neighbors are encouraged to turn on their porch lights and attend an Ice Cream Social hosted by Crime Watch and TCHOA.
